What the program offers

The VEP enables valuers to “exchange places” for an agreed period of time, allowing participants to:

Experience a new lifestyle and culture.
Broaden their professional skills and expertise.
Work on unique projects in different locations.

Whether you are a sole practitioner, a small firm looking for accredited locums, or a larger organisation seeking international specialists for short-term projects, the VEP can meet your needs. An Australian valuer specialising in mining could support a Brazilian accounting firm for financial reporting, or a Canadian specialist in Level 3 asset valuations might assist with projects in Asia and Europe.

Who can participate?

Registration is free and simple and the program is open to all valuers, both IAV members and non-members. However, non-members must join the IAV to accept a placement.
